ETANA is currently fine-tuning her third album to be released and distributed by VP Records this summer. It is a follow up to her 2011 album, Free Expressions went to number 11 on Billboard’s Reggae album chart, the highest on any international chart.
Hits such as I Am Not Afraid, Wrong Address, Warrior Love and Jah Jah Blessing, made Etana popular.
Etana says the album promises bigger, fresher, newer sounds, Roots, rub-a-dub, world music.
Mostly produced by Shane Brown from Juke Boxx the album has collaborations with Spice and Busy Signal. Songs from Donovan Germain and Freemind Music are also included. Keyboardist Kevon Webster and C sharp members, bassist Aeion Hoilett and guitarist Lamont ‘Monty’ Savory worked on the set.
